EVEN IN THE PAIN, YOU CAN FIND YOUR TRUE SELF.
My true passion is helping adults who have experienced grief, a major change, or a major loss construct a new identity so they feel grounded in their healing, knowing who they are and whose they are. Specifically, I like to help people who have experienced the death of a loved one, lost a job, are newly empty nesters, or parents of children who have recently come out as LGBTQIA+.
I know what it's like to lose a job, lose a child, wonder where God is in the midst of the turmoil, and lose the life I had always dreamed of. But, I learned how to come out on the other side thriving… and I have a plan that will help you come out as well!
My journey in life has been full of twists and turns. However, in my experience as a chaplain, pastor, coach, and human, I have found that I love advocating for the needs of others.

How did I get into this? Because I've been there myself.
Yes, I have fancy degrees and a am a pastor with a fancy pastor collar...but more importantly, I have experience. And, more importantly, I [still] have hope.

I work with people of all faith backgrounds and no faith backgrounds. Friends would tell you I am a compassionate, empathetic person and a loving pain in the ass. I am an eternal optimist (hence the hope). They would say I am silly and quirky, but also not afraid to fiercely stand up to others (i.e. legislators) while standing up for others. As a subject matter expert on suicide prevention for transgender college students, I often head to the state capitol to either protest or lobby for bills that impact our trans community.
Losing dreams and loved ones is messy, but help is here. I'm ready to help you move forward and help you rebuild your heart, soul, and dreams. Schedule your free discovery session and we will talk about how that can happen.
